The hardest concept for developers to grasp about Web 3.0. Oops! What advice in general do you have for people who are going through interviews? I took all the AP classes and I felt like my teachers kept telling me that I have a talent of physics and math and they said, When you go to college, you should look into those and pursue something related to those. And when I got to college, I had no idea what I wanted to do yet. I was like, would people care that I worked at A16Z? I was one of those nerds who started going to career boots. Could Helium be the blockchain that makes this pipe dream a reality? Because its not going to help me in the process. You need someone to actually put that in front of you and give you a schedule and tell you what to do. Many of them seemed to have incredible potential. In high school, the couple of things that I was really good at and I loved were math and physics. Her outstanding grades, and a minor in business led her to an analyst role at Goldman Sachs. She spent most of her childhood in Hyderabad before moving to the United States. And I like really heavily look into data science because it was like a growing field, machine learning. Of course, this becomes obvious in retrospect. Arguments, says Kasireddy are a profound opportunity for users to understand different perspectives. And the analysis of companies on the venture side is a lot more stimulating for me personally. But I think they hired me based on the potential to learn.
